Pre Care Instructions
A gentle physical exfoliant is recommended to use 24 - 48 hrs prior to appointment. **Please note that aggressive exfoliation will compromise the skin and can cause lifting.
For intimate areas, an anti inflammatory (Tylenol or Advil extra strength) is recommended to take 20-30 mins prior to appointment.
Come in loose comfy clothing to ensure optimal comfort.
Hair must be at least 1⁄2 inches long to be able to wax.
If you plan on having a workout session. Please do so before appointment as you won't be able to sweat for the next 24-48 hrs after waxing.
Post Care Instructions
You can start using a physical exfoliant (scrubs) after 48hrs post service but refrain from chemical exfoliants for 5-7 days in the treated area.
For areas that are exposed to the sun, avoid sun exposure for 24 hrs and apply sunscreen daily or as needed afterwards.
Avoid the following for 24-72 hrs:
Sweating, hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, pools, sun exposure, spray tanning, mechanical + chemical exfoliants, retinols, any topical acne medication, perfumes and fragrances (soaps, lotions, body oils, etc.)
After 24 hours, if the area continues to stay red and inflamed, apply cold compress and aloe vera

Pre Care Instructions
Avoid tanning beds and sunless tanning products
Limit sun exposure to less than 30 minutes within 3 weeks, even with sunscreen.
Shave the treatment area 12-24 hours before treatment
Ensure skin is free of makeup, lotions, oils, deodorant, and sunless tanning products to reduce adverse reactions.
Avoid physical activities that increase body temperature for 2 hours before treatments.
Post Care Instructions
Avoid tight clothing and heated seats to reduce heat retention
Avoid all sun and UV light exposure for 14 days; after that, limit to 30 minutes daily with SPF 30+ zinc oxide sunscreen. No tanning beds for 14 days.
Avoid the following for 24-72 hrs:
Sweating, hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, pools, sun exposure, spray tanning, mechanical + chemical exfoliants, retinols, any topical acne medication, perfumes and fragrances (soaps, lotions, body oils, etc.)
Use over-the-counter cortisone cream or Benadryl for persistent redness, swelling, or itching
